Non-Profit Manager and aspiring Web Developer
Hello! My name is Keisa Portress. I was born and raised in College Park, GA. I currently live in Peachtree City, GA, working remotely as a manager for a non-profit.
I began working as a camp counselor when I was 13 years old. I've since been a cashier, cook, data entry operator, billing specialist, restaurant manager, accounts payable specialist, non-profit manager, graphic artist, IT worker, administrator, etc. I have done a lot! However, during my journey, I discovered a love for all things computers. One day, I met a web developer who was hired to create a database for our organization. I was astonished. I couldn't believe how he was able to manipulate the look and function of that database with code. From that point on, I knew that I had found my new love, web development.
As a web developer, I intend to use my problem solving skills, my analytical skills and my love for making things look aesthetically pleasing to the eye, to create websites and databases for clients.
